Dr. Kim Dielmann is a licensed psychologist with over 30 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Oklahoma State University and is licensed by the Arkansas Psychology Board as well as certified as a school psychologist with the Arkansas Department of Education. Dr. Dielmann has devoted her career to helping individuals and families better understand the challenges they face, with expertise in Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, dyslexia and other learning disabilities, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and Reactive Attachment Disorder.
Known for her thorough and compassionate approach, Dr. Dielmann specializes in complex evaluations and differential diagnosis, providing families with clarity in even the most complicated situations. She conducts Fitness-for-Duty and pre-employment screenings for law enforcement agencies across Arkansas, as well as assessments for candidates entering ministry with the United Methodist Church. In addition, she is a certified provider and agency trainer in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), a family-centered treatment designed to strengthen relationships and reduce disruptive behaviors in young children.
Her dual expertise as both a clinical and school psychologist makes her uniquely qualified to bridge the gap between mental health and educational programming. She has extensive experience consulting with schools, collaborating as part of multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring that evaluation findings translate into practical, supportive recommendations. Dr. Dielmann holds a post-doctoral diplomate in school neuropsychology with advanced training in neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia. She also brings added depth to her evaluations through her work in inpatient hospital settings, where she assessed dementia-related concerns and complex psychiatric symptoms in adults and older adults.
