Magen Dielmann brings extensive experience in billing and insurance claim processing to CPAC. Before finding her home in medical billing, she successfully ran an insurance agency for several years, where she developed the skills and persistence that now make her such a strong advocate for clients. She and her husband also owned and operated a well-loved food truck that became a local favorite in Central Arkansas. She still carries the same energy, creativity, and drive from that venture into her work today.

Magen is known for her kind and calming voice when speaking with families, balanced by her fierce determination when dealing with insurance companies to ensure claims are paid fairly and on time. Families often say they feel reassured knowing Magen is on their side, handling the details so they can focus on what matters most.

Married to her high school sweetheart for 16 years, Magen is the proud mom of two wonderful children. Most of her free time is happily spent cheering them on in their sports, school events, and academic activities. She also enjoys traveling, shopping, and making lasting memories with family and friends.
