Kaylie is a part-time administrative assistant at Conway Psychological Assessment Center and a senior at the University of Central Arkansas, where she is majoring in Psychology with a minor in Health Promotion. Her interest in psychology comes from a genuine desire to understand people on a deeper level and help them navigate life's challenges. She is especially interested in how personal experiences shape who we become and hopes to pursue a career in counseling, helping others better understand themselves and their experiences.

Outside of work and school, Kaylie enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and getting dirty—literally! As an avid mud racer, she isn't afraid of a little mud, a lot of horsepower, or an adventure. Whether she's helping keep things running smoothly at the office or kicking up mud on the racetrack, Kaylie brings enthusiasm and a willingness to jump right in.
