Kim Dielmann, Ph.D.
Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Dielmann has over 30 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in clinical settings. She specializes in the assessment and treatment of Autism, Dyslexia and other learning disabilities, ADHD, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and Reactive Attachment Disorder. She has a Ph.D. from Oklahoma State University and is licensed as a psychologist by the Arkansas Psychology Board. She is an expert in differential diagnosis of a variety of psychological issues for children and adults. Dr. Dielmann conducts Fitness for Duty and pre-employment screenings for law enforcement agencies across the state of Arkansas and the assessment of pre-ministerial candidates for the United Methodist Church. She is a provider and agency trainer for Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), which is a family- centered treatment approach for children ages 2–7 with disruptive behavior.
As a licensed school psychologist with the Arkansas Department of Education, her experience consulting with schools, assessing children and adults with disabilities, and working as part of a multi-disciplinary team is an asset for parents and mental health providers who may not understand the relationship between mental health issues in children and educational programming. She has a post-doctoral diplomate in school neuropsychology with specialty training in neurodevelopmental disorders including autism, ADHD, and dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia. Her evaluation techniques and the resulting reports have been held in high esteem by school personnel, mental health professionals, physicians, lawyers, and child advocates in the state. No rock is left unturned in her efforts to evaluate and treat her clients.
Jennifer Biggers, Psy.D.
Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Jennifer Biggers received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Wright Institute and was licensed as a clinical psychologist by the Arkansas Psychology Board in 2018. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Psychological and Neurobehavioral Services, P.A. in Lakeland, Florida where she gained experience in psychoeducational and psychological testing of children, adolescents, and adults. She also completed extensive training in psychological evaluations with children and adolescents of various ages and cultural backgrounds during her post-doctoral fellowship at Georgia Pediatric Psychology in Atlanta, Georgia. She is a member of the American Psychological Association. Her clinical interests include evaluation of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity, Specific Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and various mood-related disorders in children, adolescents, and adults.
Nicholas Mitrani, Ph.D.
Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Mitrani received his doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas. For six years, Dr. Mitrani worked as an LPE for the UAMS Family Treatment Program, providing assessment and treatment to both victims of child sexual abuse and adolescents who committed illegal sexual behaviors. While working for UAMS, he went back to UCA to complete his doctorate degree. Dr. Mitrani has been licensed by the Arkansas Psychology Board as a clinical psychologist since 2018. As a professional, he has experience conducting comprehensive assessments for both youth and adults. This experience includes ADHD, Autism, anxiety, mood disorders, behavioral issues, and especially trauma. He has extensive training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). He strongly believes in providing children, adults, and referring providers with professional and detailed assessments to formulate more effective treatment and understanding of an individual's needs.
Melissa Moix, L.P.E.
Licensed Psychological Examiner
Ms. Moix received her Master's degree in School Psychology at the University of Central Arkansas. She is licensed as a Psychological Examiner with the Arkansas Psychology Board and as a School Psychology Specialist with the Arkansas Department of Education. Ms. Moix is an active member of the National Association of School Psychologists and the Arkansas School Psychology Association. She has over 15 years of experience in public and private school settings and private practice, and she has advanced training in the assessment and treatment of dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia. Therapeutically, she is often called "the anxiety whisperer" because she has an overwhelming success rate in helping children overcome their debilitating symptoms of anxiety, especially selective mutism. She is an expert in assessing individuals for ADHD, and she can help people obtain accommodations for school, college, or the workplace.
Tobi Taylor, L.P.C.
Licensed Professional Counselor
Tobi received her BS in Psychology and MS in Community Counseling from the University of Central Arkansas. Licensed by the Arkansas Board of Examiners in Counseling, she has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She is a trained provider in Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. In addition, she uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) approaches when needed.
Tobi is an advocate of preventative mental health and reducing the stigma attached to mental illness and emotional problems. She believes that psychological disorders, difficulty coping and healing from life changes, grief, and stress should be handled with dignity and respect with as much knowledge and care as physical illnesses. There should be no shame or embarrassment attached to healing oneself and being the person you are created to be. The relationship and mutual respect between therapist and client is vital in the process of successful treatment.

Liz is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. Although she loves kids and teaching, she felt she needed to broaden her life experience before deciding on her chosen profession. She enjoys assisting patients and getting them one step closer to the help they need. Liz also loves traveling, which has taken her to Africa on a mission trip. She enjoys being outdoors, spending quality time with family and friends, and is an avid animal lover.
